
Q. What happens at the free consultation?
A. Your local sitter will come by your home to meet you and your pets. This is a time for everyone to get to know each other. You will give your sitter detailed instructions on the care of your pets and home, fill out a service agreement and provide your sitter with a key.
Q. How do I pay?
A. Checks may be made payable to Prestige Pet Service, due when service is contracted. We also gladly accept Mastercard and Visa.
Q. Are you Bonded and Insured?
A. Yes, every member of the Prestige Pet staff is bonded and insured.
Q. Will I always have the same pet sitter?
A. Yes, your pet sitter is YOUR pet sitter. Someone with whom you can build a long term, comfortable relationship.
Q. What happens if my sitter becomes ill or is out of town when I need service?
A. There is always a back up sitter available. Completely trained and aware of your specific needs.
Q. What happens if my pet becomes ill or injured?
A.Our number one priority at Prestige Pet is outstanding care of your pets. We work with a network of 24 hour vets. We do request that you keep a credit card number on file in the event of unforeseen
emergencies.
Q. What happens if my pet gets out of the yard?
A. All pets must wear identification tags while under our care. The tag will have your pet sitter's phone number on it. Also, all gates are required to be locked.
Q. May I offer a gratuity to my pet sitter?
A. Yes, you may offer it directly to your sitter or send it to Prestige Pet. 100% of gratuities go to the designated pet sitter.
Q. Do I have to have another consultation and fill out another service agreement with every time I leave town?
A. No. Once your service agreement is on file, a quick call or e-mail to Prestige Pet is all you need to book service.
Q. Is there a way for you to keep in touch with us, just to let us know everything is okay?
A. Absolutely, as part of our service we provide our clients with e-mails or voice mails. Just let us know how often— daily, twice a week...we are here to serve you and give you peace of mind when you are away from home.
